Absolutely hands down the best professional waxing treatment I have ever received. Was my first time attending, and was welcomed warmly and felt like I bonded with Chi right away. An amazing personality to go with the amazing service, I absolutely recommend this to everyone wish I found her earlier. Previously attended Brazilian waxing company whose service comes nowhere as near I was left with patchy hair and ingrown, careless areas which could have been easily waxed. High standard wax used here in QI honestly I'm no professional but could tell the difference wax was a lot less painful and I have thick coarse hair. I'm truly amazed each and every hair was removed to perfection! Cannot recommend QI beauty rooms enough!

Best waxer in Atherton in my opinion! This lady goes that extra mile to make her customers feel welcome! From amazing decor relaxing atmosphere to selecting different waxes that suit MY skin type not a generic one that's used on everyone! I honestly would not wax anywhere else!!! Especially with her 30% off deals!!! I will be reccomending her to all!! Ladies STOP shaving join the 21st century and "get your wax on"
