First of all I don't even feel like giving this business a 1 star rating because I received the worst customer service ever today. Very unprofessional service as they arrived late and then everything was rushed. The owner took importance of getting her own eye brows done durung business hours when she clearly knew that there are 2 customers present waiting to get their hair & makeup finished. I will never go back again i definitely do not recommend this place to anyone either.

This salon doesn’t derserve any stars the worse experience I have ever had!! The owner turned up an hour late, and started a rush job on my hair, half way through doing my hair she decided to have her own hair coloured by another staff member and made herself a priority!! She then went on to face timing her family in Pakistan very unprofessional! Her salon was freezing cold and she really doesn’t have a clue on how to talk to people, she charged me £140 for my hair and DID NOT use olaplex... which she claims to use! So ladies if your still mad enough to use her make sure you ask for her to show you the olaplex treatment! An absolute rubbish place!!!

rubbish owner, worst woman i have ever met. Clearly of low intelligence the way she speaks to people. ruined my hair..never again.
