Stayed 2 Years ago, Very attentive receptionist and site manager. Had no issues with the room for the year that i stayed at all and had a great time. Would highly recommend to any second or third year students looking for a more quiet place to stay for their studies.
Quiet and clean, 15-min walk to the university. Beautiful view from summer to winter. The staff here are really nice.
Really nice place for students as it builds a community and it is easy for you to meet new people, feels very safe to live here and the staff behind reception are always pleasant.
Experience is terrible so far! Service is beyond poor and disappointing. Staff are rude, do not reply on time. They did not have the keys ready on time and had to wait for hours after a 20hr flight journey. They deceived me with a wrong image of the bathroom and are not willing to do anything about it. This accomodation has no lift!! And they do not inform that. You can imagine how old the building is. Super inconvenient when it comes to carrying suitcases and storage boxes. Wifi in my room hasn't been working for over a day now. Will change accomodation if i get a chance
Called with my Daughter to view as going into these halls September. Was meet by great team who showed us around complex. Security and cleanliness far exceeded other properties viewed. Daughter has made a good choice. Made to feel at ease.
This place has been home for me for past 1 year and it’s a pretty great place tbh. It’s not very far from the main city and the public transport is pretty easily accessible.
For my accommodation during my time at University, I chose Q3 Apartments. The price for the apartment was very reasonable given its proximity to University and the spacious room. I opted for a Deluxe Single and was very happy with the room I got. I was happy with a sturdy desk and bright lighting. I recommend Q3 Apartments for University students.
When things are broken, there is no one care. We report our kitchen light broken for almost a Month and there is no one come to fix. The most worst thing is that my shower tube is broken and I can't take shower. I report a lot of times, but there is no one come to change for two days! I have an important interview tomorrow and I want to take a shower before that. I called and they said because they were busy! No one cares about the resident. The main gate is broken and the door of our building is broken. It is really easy for the bad guy to walk in the building.
I am living this apartment since last October. I think this apartment is the worst apartment I have ever lived. There are several reasons why I think like that. There is no handle on my window to open. I told this problem many times to the officers and the director of Q3 apartment since last November, but no one came to fix my window. I have never seen any maintenance worker came to check and fix my window. I have been living this room without opening window for about tour months. Also, at my flat kitchen, the oven has a problem. The cover of the fan on the oven was broken since last December. No one came to fix it yet even though I told this problem to the reception to fix it. The lift of my flat building was even broken for about three weeks ago. It is not fixed yet. I do not understand why it takes so long time to check and fix them. Everything is so slow, and I think they are not very serious about this issues. Seriously, I am living this apartment because I made a contract to live here until August, and I made all payment at the first day. But I won't live this apartment after my contract finish. I want to post the pictures, but I cannot post them. This is weird.
Good student facilities, 50mb broadband for 1 device free, an additional 4 devices is £25 per year. Close to Manchester university, parking spaces available for £300 per year 50 weeks Warm, clean and pleasently surprised at the rental costs.
