I have been using this car park for sometime to park for work. Always clean, plenty of parking available and helpful staff in hand. I recently found out about the business parking scheme and Ken B was so helpful. He guided me through switching to the new app, explained and demoed how to use the card and showed me how to access rewards in the app. He was so quick to respond to emails, personable and friendly. What a fab service!

Moving to more days in the office I registered for the QPark ‘discount card’. The turnaround time was so quick and when I popped down on the off chance it was already there and Saskia new my name and had everything ready! I was given a demo on what to do and not to do! I was so grateful for this and lovely friendly faces at 8am!! Thank you
It’s not the cheapest car park in Chelmsford but it does feel the safest. The staff are always on hand if you need them and so helpful and friendly. David helped me out with a ticketing problem - so helpful - thank you!
Fantastic customer service by Saskia at Chelmsford Q-Park Meadows car park today. I’d finished shopping and returned to the car park to find I’d misplaced my keys. Saskia could see me panicking and came out to find out what was wrong. I have ASD so was going into a meltdown, I finally found my keys at the bottom of my bag. Saskia kindly sat with me reassuring me everything would be okay and stayed with me until I was able to function again. Thank you lovely!
