Had a really positive experience at Chelmsford car park today with David. He sorted my discount pass really quickly and was so lovely and chatty. I used to park in a council car park where the customer service was non existent so was really refreshing to have David be so helpful and friendly! Thank you :
Good location near Meadows Shopping Centre but awkward to enter / exit as you have to do a sling shot around the nearest roundabout and come back on yourself. Prices a bit extortionate! £9 for 5 hrs! 1 lift out of action and ticket machine was a little confusing..., had to ask someone for help! Positives were good spaces and good layout.
A few weeks ago using Q-Park at Chelmsford the lift stopped working. I had already parked on the 4th floor, been shopping and it had only stopped working once I’d returned. I had my buggy with me and a load of shopping, so it wasn’t ideal. Lifts can be an absolute nightmare and there was nothing the parking attendants could really do in that moment to deal with the lift, but this didn’t stop one of the parking attendants going above and beyond to help me. Saskia.M was friendly and helpful and offered to wait with my buggy and shopping whilst I went and got my car. I’ve got trapped in car parks before and I’ve never had such good customer service - I wanted her to know how much I appreciated it
Good location for town centre.nHas car washing in operation.nNo concessions for blue badge holders.nOn the expensive side, we paid £5 for just over 2 hours and £11 for 5 hours.
