Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a worktop through B&Q, which was meant to be fitted today. This has not happened, contacted B&Q, they apologised prefusely for an error that was not theirs, but PWS's. Contact PWS 3 times, unable to arrange a date as to when they can rectify this, no date, no apology. Currently, no useable kitchen.
Fast efficient service with excellent workmanship
If I could give them zero stars I would. If you think you have a guarantee with this company, think again.. Caveat Emptor certainly has a huge bearing when dealing with these guys.. I wouldn't ever use them again...
The after sales is a absolute joke all the resin has came away so after complaining numerous times they finally did it then two days later the work top has dropped called them again they were rude and refused to fix the problem 100 % do not use this company totally rubbish
As a trade supplier PWS work surfaces are excellent. I would definitely recommend.
Would not recommend!
