The service was 5 star from enquiry to measuring up & fitting. Everyone was polite, courteous & professional. I can’t see how they could improve further. Well done Siesta Blinds.
Really bad customer service. Two blinds were meant to be fitted in October. One was fitted and the other fitted wrong and took you another month to take it down. After that I called numerous time’s to try and get the new blind fitted, every time a day was arranged, no one turned up. One day they did turn up and it was the wrong time. After that Christmas came and we still had no blind fitted. Then finally at the end of January, today we had the blind fitted, it took 5 mins to fit and after paying and the fitter had left, I tried the blind and the cord snaps every time you try and pull it up or down. Not happy for spending £140 on two blinds meant to be fitted in October and all of the issues in between and now the blind doesn’t work as it should. Don’t bother, should have fitted them myself.
We had Siesta and Paul many years ago,when we lived in our previous house.We have now down sized to a bungalow and needed new blinds, Paul came and measured the windows,we had measured them our selves ,but a professional is better.Paul gave us good advice as to what would look best,and we took it.He picked the bathroom blind as I was not too sure on the colour.The kitchen door blind is amazing it fits inside with an out side beading.No flapping in the wind when the door is open.We were amazed how quickly he fitted five blinds and the quality is very good.We highly recommend Siesta and of course Paul ,a lovely guy ,very polite and courteous and will offer advice if needed
This is the second time I have used Siesta Blinds to fit out my home and I would definitely recommend them. The engineer Alan was great and very helpful. The office staff were great and handled any queries I had in a timed professional manner could not praise them enough. Thank youall so much.
Have had a set of blinds fitted in our lounge. The service from Siesta was excellent and the price very competitive. I would certainly recommended them.
Had all my blinds numerous times from siesta blinds. Always excellent quality and fitted well. Not the cheapest but well worth paying the bit extra as I know they will last. I'm getting new patio blinds measured Tommorrow and I'm sure they'll be excellent like my others
Poor customer service and not interested in your custom. Still waiting 4 weeks later for them to measure up and provide a quote. Ended up going with Cathedral Blinds who were much more reliable and efficient.
Had my French Door blind fitted today after measuring on Monday completed today service was 1st class would definatly recommend this company 100%
Good quality blinds, great service but the workmanship is very poor my opinion would be to pay the little bit extra and go with another company.
Delighted with the service - will definitely use again.
