We are absolutely thrilled with our new ‘dream kitchen’. The whole experience, from initial consultation to finishing touches has been managed with the best quality, service and professionalism. Every member of the installation team involved in the project has been a pleasure to deal with. The project ran smoothly and kept to timescales. This is actually our second kitchen with Purple Kitchens - the first is still fabulous 15 years on but when we moved house last year there was no other kitchen company we wanted to work with. I would very highly recommend Purple Kitchens to provide a fantastic, whole package service. Thank you to the whole tram! You do a wonderful job!!
Absolutely everything involving Purple Kitchens has been praise-worthy. The only stressful part of having a new kitchen fitted was deciding which company to choose. Once we had decided on Purple Kitchens the entire process became stress free. From the start Stuart considered all of our wishes and his clever design, attention to detail and foresight have given us the kitchen we hoped for. We could not be happier. Throughout the process Steph and Karen office have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble. All on site have been total professionals with a faultless attention to detail and so very considerate of anything we have asked: Paul, Angela and Graham Plumbing really considered the detail and went the extra mile in everything they did.  From the location of the stopcock to an additional visit because of my error re. radiator valve. Pete Electrician perfectly placed the spotlights, even positioning the concealed pantry socket at the same level as visible others. John, Kane and George Plastering ensured that the large wall, which does not have wall cabinets and would really show any faults, was perfect. Their work really high lights everyone else's work. Finally, Ste Kitchen fitter went the extra mile in absolutely everything he did and his work has been faultless. Ste obviously spent the most time in our home fitting the cabinets etc. The kitchen he installed is a testament to his skill and the pride he takes in his work has ensured that we now have the kitchen we hoped for. Quite a long review but everyone at Purple deserved to be included. We made the right choice in choosing Purple Kitchens. Thank you, so much Stuart and team. Caroline and Karen
Purple Kitchens were brilliant to deal with and the end result was a beautiful, well-fitted Blossom Avenue kitchen island. From the moment I contacted them to the day of final fitting team setting up and installing, I felt that they understood what good customer service was: both in the office and the fitting team. They were honest, realistic and I appreciated the experience that Stuart and the team clearly have. I would definitely recommend. It is a shame that I didn't contact them first of all rather than have my time wasted by other kitchen companies in the area.
Purple Kitchens fitted our dream kitchen during the Spring of this year. They had been recommended to us by a friend and previous customer, once we met Stuart and his team we dropped our interest in other companies we were talking to. The passion and enthusiasm showed us clearly we were in the right place; they were highly passionate about what they do; and what they do they do exceptionally well. We, or should I say she wife, spent a few weeks drawing up designs; the team were patient as they had to be as we tweaked a fair few items and completely started again in other areas; finally everything was signed off and we booked a date. Purples team arrived over the next few weeks, always on time and it was clear this wasn’t just hired labour, Kev, Paul and wife, Jay, Mike, Ian and Martin were all highly professional and worked long hours at our house preparing and installing. Like any large project we encountered the odd bump in the road; Steph and Karen supported us superbly in solving any issues as the came up. We are very grateful to the Purple Team for giving us life changing living space; we arrived at the showroom as customers and left as friends. We recently had our new kitchen fitted by Purple kitchens. From start to finish the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The fitter John was brilliant , he was methodical and paid a lot of attention to detail, thanks John. I would highly recommend Purple kitchens .
Could not fault this company. Always go above and beyond to help. Even helpful giving advice and help when calling up years after the kitchen was fitted, your customer care is second to none. Much appreciated
Our kitchen was completed last year and i have just got round to doing this. We found the service from Purple Kitchens superb from start to finish. From our first visit to final photos, Stuart, Steph and staff were 100% professional and delightful to deal with. Stuart was able to make suggestions based on his experience all of which proved valuable. The quality of the products is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The fitter, Paul was skilled and considerate and flexible. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Purple Kitchens.
Fantastic service from Stuart and the team from the design stage to completion. We had shopped around different kitchen companies before we chose Purple, and we weren't disappointed.Steph was fab and her customer service was second to none, she is a credit to the team. Mark the kitchen fitter was really attentive and professional in his approach and quality of work. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would definitely recommend.
After a year of having a Purple Kitchen, I can confidently recommend Purple Kitchen to anyone who is looking for a good quality kitchen with top services. From the design, quote, to installation and after sales, they provided very good services. Stuart has very good taste on designs and provided many useful advices which is especially useful when there are different opinions in the family. Everyone in the company are very kind and easy to deal with. The installer is top joiner and all the details are finished in high quality. After the installation, no matter what issue I have, even small like adjusting a door, I got response very quickly. Steph has certainly done a very good job on looking after the customers. Highly recommended.
We have just had our new kitchen fitted by Purple Kitchens. We are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. If we could give them 10 stars then we would. The whole process has been a great experience: from the time they came out to measure up, through the choosing our kitchen and appliances, to the fitting and finish. The customer service has been superb. The quality of the kitchen is excellent. Equally, the craftsmanship of the fitters. Two neighbours of ours recommended Purple Kitchens to us. And I would now recommend Purple Kitchens to anyone reading this review. You will not be disappointed
