Easily the best gym in Eccles, located in a prime spot with an absolutely unbeatable price for what you get. The staff are always friendly and happy to help if you need it.nn​The Vibe is one of the best things about this place is the atmosphere. It’s not an intimidating, 'ego-lifting' gym—everyone just minds their own business. Plus, it's never overly crowded, so you don't have to wait around for machines.nn​The facility is huge, spread across two spacious floors and the equipment is enough:n ​Cardio & Great Views: The treadmills are placed right by large windows with a fantastic view, which really helps pass the time so you don't get bored! They also have ellipticals, stair climbers, and two separate spin studios one on the ground floor, one upstairs.nn​ Powerlifting & Free Weights: Plenty of plates and barbells. They have more than 5 power racks perfect for squats/deadlifts and 2 Smith machines.nn ​Cable Stations: Really well thought out. Downstairs features wide cable crossovers great for single-arm/unilateral work, while upstairs has narrower dual cable stations perfect for chest flyes.nn ​Functional Zone: Awesome setup complete with a green turf pushing sled track and battle ropes.nn ​Legs & Resistance: The upstairs floor has a dedicated area with an extensive range of leg machines leg extensions, hamstring curls, abductors, glutes, another free weights section, and an assisted pull-up/dip machine.nn​Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a complete, welcoming, and affordable workout space!
Recently come back to the gym after a long hiatus. Really pleased that Faith is still here, she’s always so motivating in her classes and helpful with showing you how to maintain proper form in classes such as circuits with weights etc. even when it’s a busy class she makes time to help.nnAs for the gym in general wish they would update some of the equipment and add more in. It would be better if the windows could open on the cardio floor too.
I loved the gym.. I only spent about one plus month here and it was great. Helpful staff and the best part was you could workout whenever. Lots of equipment were available too.
I really enjoy the gym’s morning classes, especially Nic’s- professional, always well-prepared, and creates a motivating, supportive atmosphere! She brings a lot of energy and clearly knows how to get the best out of everyone! Ben’s classes are also really good, he clearly knows what he’s doing and creates a positive, effective session. Ali’s classes has been quite different tho. They are unstructured, don’t have the same level of guidance and knowledge.
Good equipment range, just wish there were some open windows or air flow. When its busy the C02 levels are a bit too high and it becomes incredibly stuffy and humid, really unpleasant.
