Sam and team are very welcoming & Always helpful.nThe times we have gone to them for anything they have assisted politely , friendly and professionally.nThe gym is always immaculate.nWe always feel that we can workout independently but if anything is ever needed from the team they assist with a smile !nI once asked if we could maybe have another wedge as they were sometimes all being used and when i asked the kit was immediately ordered which i thought was fantastic customer service!nKeep up the great work Sam & team.nSamantha & Stuart
I haven't joined yet but I came with my partner few times and I'm really impressed as you keep normal tempature that is not like refrigerator also really impressed by cleanliness.nReally well equipped gym. Can't wait to join.
I had a lovely first time today. I did the learn to train glutes class. It was so helpful for me as a beginner to the gym. The instructor Lauren Mears was really nice and supportive she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She explained everything so well and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing anything. After today’s class I now feel more comfortable in the gym and using the machines I was shown today. I can’t wait to do more classes and continue to grow my confidence. I’m also considering booking PT sessions with Lauren Mears.
This is the best commercial gym ive been to, fantastic range of equipment and segregation between areas of the gym. staff are lovely aswell. would recommend!
Out of all the pure gyms, this is a good one. Spacious, air conditioned, clean and a good selection of equipment. I’m usually here 4-6pm and never had too much of an issue with it being too busy. All the staff are lovely and Joe is always there for advice or just a chat
