One weekend, a bottle of water placed in the holder on the treadmill, fell underneath the treadmill to my left. There was no staff available to assist me,I had to carry on with my workout without water.Your gym doesn’t have cups that I could’ve used to avail of tap water from the toilets. When I’m eventually I returned to the gym to, I informed one of your staff, what had happened and was surprised at the apathy I experienced. I had to prompt the staff to recover my bottle of water.I would also like to add prior to this, I tried Facebook, but received an automated response,I tried to go through the app, to leave feedback I don’t think I received a response. On twitter, I was told ‘there’s no staff on that day,at that time… hence no one was available. Can we help you with anything else?’ Sufficed to say, apathy, complete lack of empathy, or a resolve. Brushed under the carpet. I’m still considering leaving some reviews online. Disappointed! Pure gym clearly excels at poor customer service

I visit Derry annually for work and Pure Gym has always remained the best option for me to work out. This year I have also been lucky to work out with Jamal, a highly professional personal trainer . The knowledge and experience which Jamal reflected during our sessions was prominent.   I will certainly purchase additional sessions during my stay with him for I could see nice results.

The gym equipment is absolutely amazing but the staff are extremely ignorant me and my fiance who has asthma got kicked out of this gym just because she nearly had an asthma attack in a cycle class which is just ridiculous. Do not go here unless you want to be talked to by horrible coaches.

I can honestly say Puregym is a Great Gym I've been a member now for 7 years coming 8. Great clean & Tidy and Staff is always Friendly.

Awesome gym to visit! Now when I say visit what I mean is sit outside watching all the people go in whilst I tear my way through a family sized bucket of chicken from KFC next door! I mean talk about a work out proper strenuous work lifting that chicken. The dedication to carry on when your fingers are burning from the hot grease is what I love it makes me feel alive, also it's a great source of protein.

Brilliant gym,loads of equipment and friendly environment

Cancelled my membership for good at the weekend. I work out somewhere else but I was intending to use this gym more in the future  but my last visit was the one that took the biscuit. On that visit the machines I was on stinked of bad sweat. Nobody cares. 99 out of 100 users don't care about towels or wiping machines after use. Nobody brings towels. They think nothing of walking away from a machine leaving it damp with sweat. Same every visit. I actually felt like the odd person out wiping machines down after use. Due to the current global outbreak its more important than ever to be clean. Pity because other than that problem it's an excellent gym with great equipment.

Great Gym, Great Staff

The only bad thing about the place was the self discipline needed when leaving. Built up a massive appetite and walked out to the smell of KFC
