Colin’s classes are the best. His energy and attentiveness to members goes such a long way. Colin made me feel at ease. The gym is really clean, spacious and staff are really welcoming. This is my first gym in Bristol and I love it. Thank you colin for making me feel so welcome. The staff seem very approachable. Definite 5 star gym.

Love the classes at this gym. Colzy's step aerobic classes are fab. He's so full of joy and make the classes super fun. A really great range of classes in the functional area of the gym that are different from other gyms I've tried in the past. Well done team! I'd give this gym 6 stars if there were more spaces for bike parking

My experience has been amazing during this first month as i rejoined after 2 years break. Trainer Colin has been exceptional, he has helped me regain my confidence and bring the best i was 2 years ago. The best Gym ever

Excellent gym and amazing staff!nnThere are so many different classes and amazing instructors - step, circuits and GLC are classes I regularly go to, Colzy and Robbie are great instructors and although those two are ones I’ve had classes with I have no doubt all the other instructors are brilliant!nnColzy’s classes are always high energy and so much fun and you feel the burn!nRobbie’s GLC is hardcore and make you feel amazing afterwardsnnAlways a friendly welcoming environment when coming, equipment is located in great areas and I love that there are multiple equipment so you don’t have to wait if someone is on a machine you want to go on!nThe gym is always really clean and you see staff constantly cleaning and making sure the gym is tidy for membersnnManagement Tom and Colzy are great and so friendly, you can see they work really hard! All interactions I’ve had with the  PT team is great!!

Great, friendly gym. Good range of classes. I recommend classes with Matt. He’s super thorough; always does a warm up and a stretch after. Colin’s Step is also good fun. It would be good to see more women instructors though, but all the staff are very friendly.
