Appalling! I have been left with a hole in the floor, brickwork that matches nothing else on the property, a wall that is not plumb, a door that is insecure and not waterproof - it actively leaks when we have rain and the shoddiest finish I have ever seen. The door colour degrades quickly. The fitters admitted it was a bodge job but nothing has been done to remedy these issues. The warranty/ guarantee is worthless. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere.
Be very aware of dealing with this company. I bought bi folds from a company called aluminum windows now in administration. Emails to that company now go straight through to Pure windows, who will not deal with the problem with my bifolds. Both companies are owned by the same person and look like they do exactly the same as each other. I stand to be corrected if the owner would like to contact me?
Unbelievable! We bought a new build property Pure Windows send a contractor to fix a lock which didn't work from the start. The contractor fixed the locked but cracked the glass in one panel of our sash window. He promised the office will call back in a couple of days to organise replacement. After few days of waiting we contacted our customer service team to book another appointment to replace the cracked glass panel just to hear Pure windows are not taking any responsibility for it!!! I have no words for this type of service.... Thankfully we have a witness if legal action is required but I'm absolutely stunned by the lack of professionalism.
Excellent price and good work at the time. However trying to get them to honour the quality guarantee is awful. Had 9 windows, a set of door and a conservatory roof installed a year ago. The roof gutter has been dripping for months, and the lock on one window is broken. I have been phoning daily for months to get this fixed and they don't seem to care.
Our door swells when the sun is shining and cannot be locked and our bay window is not sealed properly. Is there an after care team who can help?ServicesGeneral door installation, Window installation
