Uninviting, unwelcoming, judgemental and rude employees- especially the short black haired lady you know who you are. Judged us and made foul glares from the moment we stepped into the store, keep in mind we were the only ones there yet they shunned us out. Unbelievably TERRIBLE service, they were unwilling to help and gave us nasty, disrespectful looks. Would not recommend. They practically guided us out of the store, not wanting our business for no apparent reason. Not accommodating whatsoever. Unimpressed beyond belief with their unprofessionalism.
My family and I went into the store this past weekend. The store has just four of us. The other stores we went into, the staff all acknowledge our existence. The staff didn’t bother to say hello or tell us what promotions that were going on. The two sales staff was fixated on their own conversation and they completely ignored my family and I. I was interested in one of their Rose liquid soap they had on sale. The staff was busy chatting in the other ends of the store and never came to check up on us. I didn’t end up buying anything in the end.
I went to this store to buy a CHRISTMAS gift for my husband, and I had a great service. I usually go to the one in CF Masonville Place in London,Ontario,Canada. Always such a pleasure to shop here.
I love L’occitane products but after the customer service I received today 06/05/19 - 5:08 CLEMA I will do all my future purchases on line. The woman who first assisted me was wonderful. I believe she was in training with what occurred at the till. I was there to return two items I had purchased on line. I was advised by customer service to do so and reorder for the gift with purchase. The woman at the counter was so put off by this. She explained to me that this screws things up for her in the store and that I could have just bought the product in store since she has the same item offered. It was so off putting. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store shopping. I enjoy shopping but this experience in this store location did it for me. I will not be returning. I hope the woman in training stays on, I feel like she could teach her trainer a thing or two about customer service.
I went to this store to buy an anniversary gift for my wife, and I had a wonderful experience. All their products are natural and their perfumes dont have that "alcohol" after scent that so many name brands have. Just natural floral scents. They have lots of bath and body care products, and they really are unique when compared with other commercial options. Alot of their lotions, shower gels etc.. have refills that you can purchase at a cheaper price. The best part of my experience was the staff, they know their products, and were just so pleasant to deal with. I strongly suggest checking this place out.
I'm almost certain these sales are not on commission because there is nothing welcoming about the sraff. It's like going to a MTO or service Ontario where the public servant doesn't want to see you. I now buy stuff from online to avoid coming here.
Love the product but no customer service!! Shopped on 04/14/19 at 11:35 and according to my receipt I was advised by .....did not happen. I will now order online.
I love l’Occitane so much i usually go to the one in Mapleview mall in Burlington,Ontario,Canada and it never disappoints
Amazing Team and great quality Product. The store is made to try product, they have the sink which is perfect to try so many product
Always enjoy to stop at the masonville location, they remember me each time and always propose me new product to try out. It's really a happy place for me.
