Wasn't sure about this place at first, seemed very basic equipment. Third visit, enjoying it. Plenty to do, staff are very concerned about keeping the gym clean. It's worthwhile.
Very good and completed gym. Lot of space and machines. Very responsible about anti-covid measures. The only negative thing is that they don't have so many group classes.
during this crazy time we've got lots of space and they managed to put everything in order... as a minus it could be the fact that the water from the shower is with too much chlorine....
Inviting atmosphere, very vivid safe with plenty cleaning options and Availablity, the gym has a wide range of exercise equipment and plenty of free weight space
I highly recommend Victoria for personal training! She's an amazing motivator and I gets me the results I want over and over again. I didn't have a clue to start with and they've kept me right with everything both in the gym and outside the gym with diet plans and endless meal ideas too. Couldn't recommend her more!!
Really enjoyed classes and PT session with Victoria. Everything was well throughout and I found it was easily adapted for a fat knacker like me to follow. Complete professional would highly recommend. Give her a try folks!!!
