A well-deserved review for the Purefishing team. A question regarding a top eye of 1 of my Prodigy Plus 12 ’2.75lb full cork which is no longer in production was neatly solved by helping me on my way with 3 new top eyes. Graham and Dave, thanks for the great service.
Snapped my Demon spinning rod and Hardy could no longer supply replacement section. So they sent a replacement rod instead, top class customer service!

I've had no end of trouble trying to contact Hardy. I live in Vancouver BC and own a 8'9" Koh-I-Noor, a 13'9" Demon, a 14'6" Zenith rods plus a 4 1/4" perfect, a 3 5/8" perfect, a Demon 9000 reels. I need new ferrules for my Koh-I-Noor and want the date of manufacture of my Demon serial # 00E18GE. Have emailed numerous times but emails don't get through to the UK. The US based Pure customer service is abysmal. They don't understand the Hardy brand and fly fishing.
Lost Grey’s badge cover/dust cap on back of my Stream Lite 2/3 reel. Phoned Pure Fishing in hope they might have one, yep said they would pop one in the post. 4 days later 2 arrived in post. Can’t praise Pure Fishing enough for their excellent customer service. Peter . Glasgow. UK.

Just received in the post my Marquis Disc 9/10/11 salmon reel, repaired returned free of charge and postage paid. Exemplary customer service like this is so rare today, it really makes a difference. Thank you.
