All staff very friendly and helpful. Just had a glycolic facial, not as relaxing as other facials, but great results, will definitely book more!

Lovely staff. Very relaxing. I’m a regular customer with my two daughters for eyebrow wax and tint. I always book with Louise who is really nice and does an excellent job. Would recommend to friends and family.

Recently got my brows waxed here, staff were lovely but I felt that the lady who did my brows though she was nice didn’t listen to how I wanted them done and they ended up being much thinner then expected. Also some skin around my brow has ended up broken from the wax, which hasn’t happened prior times I’ve used this salon.

Poor attitude and manner of manager, shouted at me in the shop when I discussed not being happy with a treatment. Staff seemed nice but the manager has a hostile attitude...Poor customer relations.  The response from the manager below is a total lie to justify her poor actions and shocking response to me and my complaint. I was not rude to your staff member and I did not demand anything, I simply her asked if anything were going to be done about my nails. For the fact that I booked in two other treatments and returned to you shows I was happy to deal with this matter as positively as possible because the staff seemed fine.  I had already telephoned prior to attending my appointment , this was to explain about my complaint and was told by your staff to discuss it when I came in which I did. Clearly nobody had communicated that to you and you have not checked out the facts?  A simple discussion would have rectified it but your communication was pretty nasty and clueless for someone in a senior position. My mum was also your customer and now you have lost her too - PIty!

Professional and freindly with some very talented therapists. I've been so far for eyebrow wax, manicure and massage and very happy each visit usually wish I could stay longer!.

I had a dark spray tan for a wedding and it was a very natural suntanned look. Excellent service and reasonable price

I had a Swedish back massage and it was absolutely amazing! I've been here a few times now for this and cannot fault it! Highly recommended.

Went for some waxing done and they made me feel very relaxed. Would recommend to anyone.
