The school spends more time putting the students in isolation for petty things than teaching. It's about time schools did the job of teaching which they are paid to do. My experience from two of my children going to this school is don't send them, my 3rd child won't be. How petty? You decide. My child was cold during her break time so wore her scarf. It's not school uniform so was told to remove it. But it was ok for the teacher to wear a big thick coat? But as it's not school uniform she was not allowed. She was given a detention which I pulled her out of because she is entitled to keep warm in the winter and it was very cold it was during break, not in class. After speaking to the school I was told she either did the detention or she would go into isolation. Hold on! It's her final year which is important and your doing this over a scarf? Not impressed. Do your self a favour and send your kids somewhere else. This school has policies that go beyond a joke.
