Lovely lady in this shop, always goes above & beyond and is so kind & helpful, she was also amazing with my young daughter. Would highly recommend as customer service is second to none.

Awful service... .CHRIS...the plump, mid aged lady , late 50s early 60s, grey shoulder length hair has an awful attitude.  I suggest she' Is  better off speaking  to the young staff who work there as they were lovely as she was also being rude towards them  and lacked any manners to customers and staff

Fantastic service! Ordered my son a new blazer and within half an hour received a phone call to say it was ready for collection. Was unable to collect that day so Chris offered to deliver it on her way home. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Having left everything to the last minute, I was over the moon to find this shop. They had exactly what I was looking for and my son was able to try it on before buying. The staff were incredibly helpful and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was quite overwhelmed when it came to buying my daughters first ever school uniform- There was so much to get! I needn’t have worried however as the owners of the shop were wonderful! They were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They sat us down, took the list off me and within minutes I had everything bar one item that they promptly popped on their order list and called me to collect 2 days later. I cannot recommend them enough. In an age where faceless supermarkets are producing cheap poor quality uniform and putting such as strain on hard working small businesses, it must be hard for them to stay afloat. Price wise, there wasn’t much difference compared to the supermarkets and the friendly face to face advice was definitely worth it! The quality was far superior to supermarket versions too. The shop was really busy as it was the summer holidays but they tried to give each person the best care possible and I never felt rushed or in the way. I can not recommend Pupils Schoolwear enough and will always go back! Swadlincotes best kept secret . Interestingly those people who have left negative reviews tend to be trolls generally- click on their other reviews! Check this amazing shop out yourself before relying on biased mean reviews.

I ordered my sons school hoodies a couple of weeks ago, I had my doubts that they would come in time for when he started back to school however I was surprised at how quick they had them delivered. I will definitely get my sons uniform from them again

Awful was told i had to wait 3 weeks still no clothing kids go back to school in a few days tried calling 25 times no answer. Surely at the busiest time of the year for them they would take on extra staff to deal with demand as there are limited shops around for the uniform. Will  not be going here again just awful.
