The staff at this branch of Pumpkin are so great. It's lovely to start my day with a smile from a friendly face and a good cuppa. I've been a regular customer for at least 5 years and never once had cause for complaint. Emma is brilliant; she always remembers what my favourite drink is, and she's friendly and professional. A real credit to the company!
Emma served me today and she made an amazing coffee and was lovely. The people who work there are always pleasant and offer quick and efficient service. The food there is great for a quick bite. Usually quiet but sometimes there can be a bit of a queue. They tend to get through the queue quickly so you're not waiting for long!Food: 4/5
I've had breakfast and brunch here many times. Whenever Karen is serving customers, the atmosphere in the place changes perceptibly. She is very friendly, humorous and extremely efficient. One gets the feeling that she could do the job in her sleep, multitasking effortlessly. Pumpkin would see a drop in profits if Karen was to quit her job; as I know that many people, myself included, pop in, without a desire for tea or coffee necessarily, for a chat - and end up buying coffee and cake anyway! Karen truly is an asset to ANY business, hospitality or otherwise.
On our way to London this morning. We ordered the hot drink with cake offer fabulous. The lovely server unfortunately made my tea with far too much milk. I asked for an extra tea bag.... which was rudely refused by what seemed to be the manager. He then said we can make you a fresh one but that would be 50p. Or if I wanted the extra bag, it would be 50p. I was super disappointed, my first tea of the morning is now milk and water!!! Just a suggestion: when someone orders the tea maybe allow them to serve their own milk or ask how they take it. In the grand scheme of things what is a tea bag to keep a customer happy?

Sarah, who served me, greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant and helpful. She explained what I could have with my tea but, unfortunately, I had a dental appointment so I couldn't eat anything. The cafe was lovely warm and had a nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.Service: 5/5

The woman serving me was so nice, the iced coffe was amazing!!!! And the sausage roll was to die for, I come in here every time I’m at the station and it’s worth it however it can be a little expensiveFood: 5/5
