I go to the pumpkin cafe a few times a week on my way to work. I’m always greeted by the lovely friendly team and served with a smile. The gentleman that works there always remembers I like to have sleeve with my coffee I have sensitive hands so just makes the visit more personal. Always brightens my morning.
I'm traveling with my 2 sons and one for them isn't very well. The weather suddenly changed and play in the park had to be canceled and we needed to warm up and Pumpkin café delivered : She made my and my boys day. Thank you. The lovely lady Katrina at the till was super helpful and nothing was to much of a problem. Kid-friendliness: I was with my 2 young boys and nothing was an issue.
I use the cafe several times a week and get on well with the whole crew, especially erin and the older gentleman think oceans 11 era clooney he aways greats me with a smile and remembers to bag my order. I'd love another vegan option on the meal deal but cant complain at the price, its a little institution is the pumpkin.
I came in today for a coffee before my train and was hugely disappointed with the customer service I received. I asked if the middle aged man with glasses that served me had a particular milk, and was replied to with a harsh “yes we do” like I’d done something wrong. His attitude was appalling. After he made my coffee he just pushed it out to me and started serving the next customer before I even took it. Manners cost nothing and a non friendly attitude and making customers feel bad for asking simple questions should not be permitted.
I have used this cafe several times and the staff are always friendly with excellent customer service.
Really friendly staff who put up with my annoying customised coffee request. Great hot drinks too!
The staff are always polite and friendly, the coffee is good and the range of cakes in the afternoon is great!! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwiches, Vegan sandwiches, crisps and chocolate!
Lovely staff, always make sure they are quick to serve so you can catch the train on time : thank you!
