Agreed to come and view a car a week in advance - car was given a fresh MOT prior to me arriving. While I have no complaints about the car itself (it was well prepared and was as it was described to me over the phone) the salesman showed little interest in providing good customer service and did not react well in the face of any attempt to negotiate a fair deal which suited us both. The deal felt rushed. However, i believe if I was able to visit on a week day the service would have been far better and on that basis I would consider recommending this dealer

Great service and price with very helpful reception area. Car was cleaned but really badly to the point I had to re do it when I got it home as it was a real mess - understatement to say the least (not even leathered off). Shame otherwise I would have scored them top marks

i have not owned a Mercedes before until my wife got her SLK. Brought it to German Autocare for a check over and service and they were amazing from beginning to end. Friendly and really know their stuff. would recommend this place to anyone.
