"Jobsworth" is the word that comes to mind. In the morning I buy coffee in the afternoon I drink hot water. Not tea, not decaf,hot water. On my way back from a work meeting about to catch the train I popped into puccino's which has been well known to me over the years as a friendly little cafe and the manager stopped his worker from serving me hot water. "We can sell you tea but not hot water". Rude, embarrassing and unnecessary. I will always take my business elsewhere in future and I advise you to do the same. I am outraged.

Man in the morning really slow and he doesn't know how make a coffee. Don't ask coffe in the morning if you rush a bit. Don't ask with different milk than semi skinny because he will forget 3 times!. Milk temperature Vulcan magna. I go there few times and always the service was awfully. Please give some training to that man

Nice cafe on platform 5 at Willesden Junction station. There are several tables there as well. You can buy a newspaper or magazine here too and enjoy with a cup of coffee.
