Good location (willsden high road) not far from the underground (jubilee) and a lots of bus near by....... Cozy and well decorated,very nice inside and outside A lots of seats inside?sofas,chairs,small and big table..... Relaxing atmosphere,very quite and I think is good to do some work or to study Drinks arrived so quick,nice cappuccino! Very professional staff,very very polite.... Full English breakfast was amazing Fair prices I 'll definitely go back 5 stars excellent experience

We just discovered this place recently. It has a lovely atmosphere and our experience was pretty good until today. We ordered 2 coffees and let alone the wait as we expected a longer waiting time as the place was packed, we did not actually got what we ordered. The waitress lady is super lovely and tried to solve it for us but the guy who stands at the bar, who is apparently is the manager told her that what we ordered does not exist and never did however we’ve been drinking it for days and literally refused to remake those drinks. He had horrible attitude and did not even have a decency to come out and communicate with us, he was shouting at that poor waitress gesturing clearly how offended he is that the coffee he made was not good enough. We are not picky people and would have been simply satisfied if we are informed that the items on the menu are not actually in stock but instead we were left waiting for another 20 minutes when we decided to leave and never be back again. I bet the only reason people going back is the waiting staff, because they are lovely. It is a mystery for me how a person with no respect towards to customers can be called manager and run a place like this. Absolute shame!!!

Very friendly waiting staff.. great food really delicious and good value of money but i would recommend that you do not drink coffee there. Just something small to mention there a promotion on the tables for mixed juices and smoothies but when i asked the girl with dark hair in the bar if they are freshly made she told me no. Why are they promoted as fresh then?

When asking for a coffee ask for extra hot. Otherwise great service

Wait to be seated was short . Service was quick and food was really good. View was awesome !
