I am really impressed with the service I receive from PMS. My partner got an immediate appointment 2 weeks ago when his condition might have been serious. I had bloods taken and a shingles vaccination consecutively today to save me two trips and Annie even fitted me in for an appointment with Jane to look at a minor ailment. Everyone, including the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Big thanks to all of you!
I could not be more thankful to Emma and Jane after my coil appointment. I really needed an appointment today and Emma did everything to make it possible for me. She understands so much about how important these clinics are and how much stress it can cause when you can’t get an appointment when you need one. I appreciate everything she did for me today and hope that these clinics become even more readily available so that anyone who needs an appointment can have the experience I had today.
I had a coil fitting today and a smear and I was a nervous wreck going into it as it was my first for both, Emma and Suzie were amazing at calming my nerves, I came away thinking how caring they were. They are the sort of people you hope to get when visiting for anything like this, I would 100 percent recommend going here for a coil fitting especially if your a nervous person as I cannot express enough how much Emma and Suzie made me feel at ease. Such lovely lovely ladies.
I recently visited the surgery to have a coil fitted and both Emma and Susie were amazing. They were friendly, explained everything to me and put me at ease. It is so handy having the service available at my local surgery and I hope the service continues at this surgery.
Came to get a coil fitting, Emma and Suzie were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They made sure i wasnt in any pain and kept convo flowing. I’d recommend to anyone wanting similar procedures!
