Been a patient here a long time and the staff are all excellent. Even when I’d just had a rough weekend with a cracked filling they got me in and sorted it all quickly. I’m also a nervous patient and Michelle put me at complete ease. Highly recommended.
Made an appointment for a cracked tooth, three weeks ago so not an "emergency". Got charged a £50 "emergency booking" fee on top of the dentist charge. No mention of this at the time of booking, which was made in person at the surgery. Nice suprise when setting the bill. According to the disinterested reception staff it's for "diagnosis". This diagnosis took 30 seconds £6000 an hour... Perhaps this is the reason they have been looking for new customers.
Recently visited the practice and cannot praise enough the staff and service I received. Especially the receptionists Lisa, who went above and beyond to keep me calm and updated through my emergency treatment.
Jaya is an amazing dentist, she took so much care and did a great job refilling my tooth! Highly reccomend
Poor customer service on the reception desk, no acknowledgement, no politeness or greeting, one in particular was more interested in bopping away to the background music than be bothered to say hello and make eye contact whilst I waited in front of her. Found the experience really off putting, including the eye rolling of one of the staff members that came down to see me upstairs.
Had a tooth extracted today by Marina on an emergency appointment. The treatment was totally pain free, which helped as I had been very nervous and worried due to my symptoms. Marina is a lovely young woman who put me totally at ease. Her nurse was very pleasant also as were the two ladies on reception who sorted my appointment very promptly. Thankyou. .
My two children, my husband and I just had our dentist appointment with Dr Christos Gkovas. By far thes best dentist I have ever used. He was great with my children, very thorough with his work and made sure the receptionist fit my husband in for fillings in a weeks time. Dentistry is his art, he has a passion for it and it was evident during our visit. Thank you Dr Gkovas.
Friendly experienced staff at all times. Treatment rooms and equipment spotless. I had a thorough dental check up which included not just my teeth but my soft tissues, neck and jaw. This is very important for early signs of cancer and keeping oral health. Arnold didn’t know I’m actually a dental nurse myself so the test was real lol. Very impressed. 10/10.
Amazing dental practice. CHRISTOS is an amazing dentist. Highly recommend. Patient, friendly and understanding & always a fantastic job.
Christos is by far the best dentist I have ever been to - he is amazing with both my children! All the staff are lovely and friendly, painless experience all round!
