Recently I’ve lost 6 kg only because I have changed my eating habit! It involved me cooking everyday healthy dishes with no sauces, no oil and not fried! As you imagine cooking everyday could be exhausting, so I am glad I found this place! I wasn’t counting calories, but for people who do it is the best option!! I absolutely love their “happy life”, as it is perfect for both lunch and dinner and the veggies taste so good even without any artificial flavors!! But keep in mind, some options here are high in protein OBVIOUSLY : it is actually written on the cover, so make sure after you eat one of these “energy boosters”, you are actually using this energy!!
I went to the Canary Wharf branch last night around 18:30- just wanted to thank the awesome girl who was so interested in the food and really helped me out in choosing a snack. Went for the Vegan Cookie and it was nice, hit the spot. She made my night, I'm passionate about food and you could tell she was interested and mentioned she had been with the company a few days and was working her way round the menu so she could interact and recommend to customers as well. So lovely, I wish more people would be like her! Thank you.
I discovered Protein Haus recently when my fav smoothy bar mysteriously closed. I like the concept and also the prices. As a single person with a busy life I can purchase a healthy complete meal which is also cheaper than buying the ingredients and cooking myself. Their shakes are loaded with ingredients and make a fab breakfast. Comparing prices, I find them great value. Some tastier than others but it's fun trying them all to learn my faves. They offer a loyalty card for shakes but what about the meals! Thanks for creating. Love the healthiness and makes me feel like I am doing something good for my body. Especially as a ready meal.
The shakes are actually really tasty, however the customer service is severely lacking. Your already overpriced meal deal says 'medium box + shake & snack' without specifying what kind of medium meal. Telling the customer some medium boxes 'are too expensive' for the meal deal is ridiculous and makes you look even more like you're trying to rip people off. You need to better specify your offering if you want to charge 9 quid for a box of vegetables and a bit of chicken.
I am a fitness fanatic and was stoked about this place-- perhaps I wouldn't have to food prep. Unfortunately my experience was quite different to my expectations. I went to Moorgate, I bought the chicken asparagus and avocado. I asked for a dressing because there was a board with 3 dressing options in and was told "we have no dressing". Staff were unbelievably rude I actually debated putting the food back and going. The food itself, great concept but the reality was the most tasteless and driest chicken I've ever tasted and I have chicken every day!! and was having to keep sipping water to getting it down. Veggie portion was no way big enough- veggies are as important if not more than protein. I actually couldn't finish the meal. Great concept but I think you need to work on your staff and the quality of the food itself.
Love love love! Have a shake any way you want depending on your diet hot tip- they have zero carb protein but only if you ask for it and the almond cookie is my absolute fave. The sweet potato crisps & paleo brownie are also super recommended. Brilliant team, always a pleasure!
Very nice concept indeed and we were regular customer since it has opened in Canary Wharf. But recently had to replace it with Birleys, Pret manager etc due to the rudeness of the staff. We have limited our visits just for shakes now. In a recent incident, the guy appearing to be manager tall, responded very rudely to a request. You guys have a great concept and product line, you need to be courteous and polite with customers, specially considering the area you are serving in. The hard work and muscles built lifting weights should bring in humility not arrogance.
Agree with the comment left by Jack below, FANTASTIC and much needed concept but you HAVE to work on your customer service. I've now visited stores at CW and at Moorgate, and the service is the same, staff are completely disinterested in the customer and barely acknowledge you. Ive had to wait a reallly long time at the CW branch before anyone even started making my drink there was no queue either. Just went to the one at Moorgate, they got my order wrong I ordered the green shake, perhaps it was my bad that i didnt use the full name, Nutrient Packed Green Shake, but I thought hey theres only one drink called Green Shake. When i got the drink I checked that it was the drink i ordered as it looked like a juice. The lady told me i only said green shake and that could mean juice and made it look like it was completely my fault. Please work on your staff Carli as youve got a really good thing going but Londoners wont stand for sloppy service.
Food comes at a premium but the staff tried to shove a meal, the deluxe range doesn't have a sealed lid, vertically into a bag and was suprised the food went everywhere. Then offered for me to pick something else and queue again. Clearly scraping the bottom of the barrel when comes to customer service staff. Avoid.
Ordered a Marmaid latte this morning and received a cup of boiling hot sickly sweet milk, the spirulina was almost non existent and the tiny bit that was there was killed by the temperature of the milk along with the maca so in the end i paid 3.50£ for Almond Breeze milk!
