Taken the same blood test 3 times, first time they never gave any results second time the same thing happened so we moved to this surgery hoping for better results and after waiting 2 months for the 3rd blood test and another month for the results, they called half an hour before the appointment time so obviously we weren't expecting it and they never called back. After an hour of waiting in the queue to see what had gone wrong they told us we would have to do the process all over again just because they couldn't be bothered to stick to the schedule that they made.
My partner has malignant melanoma that is at stage 4. Very little communication apart from the lovely Fiona who has now retired.nWhen someone has a disease that could kill them, why is it OK to never ever respond to requests for a call from your consultant?nSo far not so good unfortunately.nI hate to have to leave a negative Google review for anyone, especially the NHS, but maybe it may be read, and maybe something will change for the better in the future for us and others
Went for physio referral did not see a physiotherapist, had I presume an assessment to be told I did not have want many independent private therapist have told me I have, it is normal to have one leg shorter than the other, how she could assess my pelvis with jeans on god alone knows.
Prospect House parking for he disabled isn't monitored and most of the time people park in blue badge spaces without a badge. I have complained but response is it happens all the time! So that must be ok then?! Dreadful attitude
