We entrusted Shaun and his team to sell our house in Ascot.  Everyone involved thought it would be an easy and straightforward sale........ it didn't turn out that way (through absolutely no fault of the PhD team!) and when pressures increase, tempers fray and the accusations start to fly - this is when you can tell the 'normal' from the 'exceptional' estate agents.

Selling and buying a house is a hugely emotive process and when things don't go as planned the estate agent becomes an 'easy target' BUT throughout our whole process, I was continually impressed with the quality of feedback, advice, timeliness of responses, respect and professionalism of EVERY SINGLE member of Shaun's team.  No exceptions.

If you are looking at either selling or buying within the PhD catchment I would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this company.

We were delighted with the service we have just received from PHD.     Their advice and service was first class throughout.    They kept us informed and aware of viewings on our house all through the process.    Both Sean and Sidney were first-class.
