Daniel from Prospect Sandhurst has been invaluable in our search for a new home. He identified a number of different properties that would suit our requirements and arranged viewings at a time that suited us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made us really feel at ease. He kept in contact with us after our viewings and kept us up to date on what was happening with those properties we were interested in. He also put us in touch with an IFA and solicitor to help with our sale and purchase. Although we have not ended up purchasing a property with prospect, I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be in touch with Daniel should we ever find ourselves searching for another home.

Thank you so much to the great team at Prospect Estate Agents in Sandhurst. Matt, Dan, Toby and Lee were brilliant. I think Matt & Dan had a little competition going with each other which made them want to succeed. I wont tell you who the winner was, they know who they are!! A really professional team who actually care about their vendors and who walk the long mile to completion with you every step of the way. Thank you Ruth in the Wokingham branch who took over the sale after the offer was made and saw it through to exchange. Thoroughly recommend this Company. 5*

Dan told me on the day of 5-6 viewing that I will make an offer by the end of the viewings. his attention to detail was perfect, understanding every need, finalizing with me almost pulling my hair out on which property to choose. Very personable and good fun to view with. I am now buying my ideal home through Dan. I was slightly dubious about using prospect, he has changed my mind. Well done Dan!

As first time buyers, the thought of looking for a new home to us was very daunting and unnerving. We made a few enquiries about some local properties, and very soon Dan Brett made contact with us, wanting to arrange several viewings based on our criteria. As soon as we met Dan, his enthusiasm and genuine nature immediately put us at ease. He endeavoured to find out more about us, and more specifically what we were looking for in our first home, then went out of his way to ensure we found it. The day after finding somewhere that felt perfect from the moment we stepped foot in the door, Dan contacted us and encouraged us to make an offer. Within a few hours he came back to let us know it had been accepted. We are absolutely over the moon, and cannot thank Dan enough for his outstanding service and determination. He's made what we thought was going to be a very difficult time, very easy and enjoyable. Daniel was one of the best salesmen that we have met. He worked house viewings around our busy schedule and encouraged us to look at houses we may not have initially considered.
