Very nice and cozy coffee shop inside the South Town Mall. The mall is renewed and looks nice and clean. The coffee is great - exactly how we love it strong and hot! The lady is very nice and great customer service.Service: 5/5
Water added to my 32oz. $10 Red Bull drink really sucked. He only used an 8.4 oz can. Super disappointed. $10 is a luxury nowadays and I got a watered down Red Bull that is $3.50 anywhere else. I give five stars because I don’t want to define their character or efforts as business owners due to a poor experience. Besides, I gave it away to a homeless gentlemen and he was definitely pleased with it. I’ll just stick with what I I’m familiar with.
Me :"Can I sample the gelato?" Server :"We don't offer samples." Me - shocked. ' Really?" Server: "Nope. At 85.oo a tub, we don't sample " Me :a look of shock, cuz I've been to other cities that have Great Gelato that are offering samples because at the $$$$ price of Gelato, you want to love it. Me: "So if I don't like it, you'll give me a refund?" SERVER: "Why are you being rude ?" Sigh. Good luck selling anything. I certainly won't stop there agaiN.
I needed some beans, so I stopped here and the barista came in clutch - going out of her way to help me out! Great experience, great coffee.
This place has really good coffee. I've done some work here, but it's definitely more of a "hotel" style coffee shop, given where it's located. It's a good place for a quick to-go coffee! The batista there was really helpful in assisting me on choices. I'm sometimes pretty indecisive when it comes to new places! Their black coffee is good, which is pretty important to me when deciding on how good a coffee place is! Their lattes are also delicious
The male barista was extremely rude, condescending, and even a bit racist with my father when we went here yesterday implying he didn’t know English when he didn’t hear his question and responding sarcastically in Spanish afterwards can’t vouch for the food because we left soon after but the service was horrendous.
Love this local shop! The red bull frappes are to die for, and my kids love the hot chocolate and Italian cream sodas. Brittany is the best barista! Huge shout out to her for being so personable and friendly!
Stopped to grab some coffee while shopping & was pleasantly surprised how delicious these guys are! My barista Brittany was super knowledgeable & really sweet! Definitely will be getting coffee here more often!
I absolutely love coming to get some redbull in the morning! Food is so good as well.Food: 5/5
Turns coffee off too early on sundays has happened on more than one occasion. :
