We have just worked with Probitas for a second time, two years ago they helped us get our first mortgage as we got onto the property ladder. This time around they helped us get a more competitive rate, as we are considered more established borrowers. Aaron led our case, he listened whilst we explained our financial position and also our plans as a family over the coming years and provided suitable options to us. We got an amazing fixed rate over a reduced term, our monthly re-payments will be less and we will be paying more off the loan amount and less interest. Kate supported us through the legal process with the solicitors and answered our questions regarding evidence we needed to provide and broke down any technical terms for our understanding. So yet again we are very pleased with the services provided by Probitas, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are a very personable and knowledgeable team.

Probitas were perfect. From start to finish the team at Probitas were great - they kept me really well informed the whole way, reacted quickly to any enquiry I had and acted on all matters without delay. It was a faultless service and undoubtedly good value for money (particularly as my house purchase arrangements became protracted and less than straightforward at times ..... but they maintained a top quality service all the way through to the end).
