Mercedes-Benz Bromley

Earlier this year, well the very beginning of 2017 actually. I got my brand spanking new ride from this showroom. All I can say is thank you and that I was well taken care of. Always loved a Benz and now I love it all the more. What a lovely experience.

Had a great experience here, made me feel welcome, I have always used Mercedes as the service is great. They had the car all wrapped up for me is a separate section which was lovely.

Have always been happy with Mercedes-Benz Bromley. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great service. You feel that they do a lot to keep you bought into 'the brand'. Helps that the cars are fantastic as well, of course... but they never make you feel like their cars will sell without you. Have had two different sales staff in the time I've been a customer and they've both been absolutely brilliant. Pretty confident my next vehicle will be a Mercedes-Benz.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I walked in, thinking that I wouldn't be able to afford anything from the 'luxury car range' but with the professional help, guidance and attention given to me by Paul Di- Stefano one of the car sales men, I was able to find a car that suited the specification that I was looking for and importantly that was within my desired price range. Paul was attentive, and understood my needs and has the patience of a saint! The after sales service too is worth mentioning, as I have found the staff ever ready to assist whenever I pop in, or telephone to ask for help with mod cons or functions in the car with which I am unfamiliar. I would not hesitate to recommend Bromley Mercedes-Benz dealership to friends and family.

Came in on a Sunday to see what was available, after a bit of a wait and nearly walking out thinking I was forgotten about the manager peter? came out to see us, found a match to the sort of car I wanted instantly and all done! James was dealing with me from then on and was brilliant, any questions or anything he helped and after purchase followed up to see if all was OK and booking in my car to sort a minor issue. Top quality service over all.. I was always put off at first by some of the reviews and being a main dealer in being extorted but glad I went for it, beat Car Giant by miles who I was originally going to make a purchase from. Would recommend to all!

Peter and his team always give fantastic service here at Bromley. He has supplied me and my wife our cars and always goes beyond our expectations. Recently purchased an Approved Used C-class from Paul and Oliver. Am very happy with the service, professionalism, after sales and the car itself. Buying a used car from Mercedes directly gives you all the benefits of buying a new car warranty, breakdown cover, MOT insurance, free service but to a really good price. There was however one little issue with the car that I noticed a couple of days later, but this was quickly sorted by the brilliant service/repair team at Mercedes Epsom was able to choose a branch closer to home and fixed in a couple of hours free of charge thanks to warranty.

I am satisfied with the great customer service provided to me and my partner, by Thomas Moore Salesman Who was very Professional Patient, friendly and kind, throughout the whole process of us purchasing the New Mercedes GLA. I must admit at times it was a bit challenging for him because I was being very indecisive, but we got there in the end!!! Thanks Tom!!! I absolutely love the car!!!!

Purchased a used C Class from Nick Blunsden and the experience was 5 star from start to finish. Saw the advert on the official website and placed the deposit over the phone. Nick answered all my queries via email / phone prior to collection. On day of arrival, the vehicle was as described and transaction went through very smoothly. Drove away as a pleased customer. Will definitely use them again, even though Newcastle Upon Tyne is a bit of a trek.
