Just a reminder Robert Parkinson and the team have phenomenal service that offers professional and affordable treatment. I use the team for regular maintenance treatment to cope with training demands as well as a way to fix any current injuries I might of sustained. Friendly and easy to arrange appointments with and I would 100% recommend arranging an appointment if you have any injuries etc. Works every time for me! Thanks Rob & The team!

I came to Rob for physio following a Compression fracture to my T11 vertebrae after a fall horse riding. When I attended my first appointment I had little to no range of movement in my upper body, I am now fully recovered, riding to full capacity and stronger than before my accident.

The team at Pro Performance Physiotherapy helped me recover and rehab from an ankle injury I sustained earlier in the year. After an initial assessment I was provided with clear instructions on what my injury was and what would be the best prescription to allow me to fully recover. During this time, the advice, support and hands on treatment that Rob and his professional staff provided was second to none. Thank you again for such an amazing service.

I first visited pro performance in October 2016, I had back pain that I'd been dealing with for years and never been able to resolve. Within my first 2 appointments, Rob identified neurological issues, he wrote me a letter with all of his findings for my GP and advised me to push for an MRI. By December, I'd had major surgery on my spine. Since then, I have been working with Rob on my rehab. Under his guidance, I am building strength and confidence. I'm now ready to get back to all the activities I enjoy, pain free and hopefully stronger than I was before.

I’ve been to see Rob for two different issues now and he has been so helpful, professional and friendly. He quickly and correctly diagnosed my problems (knee and Shoulder) and has gone over and beyond my booked sessions with texts and emails with further advice and exercises. I would not hesitate to return to see Rob if I have any future issues, I can’t recommended him highly enough!
