I have to say, I have received brilliant service. I’ve been with this practice for many years. And I did have an issue of concern , which I don’t need to go into. But I put forward this concern in writing. It was immediately dealt with and resolved. Many thanks To Louise and Jill, I can’t commend you both enough for your support, and I really appreciate all you have done for me. I’d advise anyone struggling with any issue, to not just let it fester like I did. Don’t wait until it causes anxiety. All staff at the practice are under immense strain, and resources are stretched. We all know what a strain the NHS is under. The new hub is still finding its feet. But the staff are there to help. Thanks again.
The worst GP ever. Do NOT waste your time registering here. I have a 8 months baby and I have never managed to get appointment over the phone for her. I have to go to the surgery 8:00am with the sick baby and hoping that the receptionist is in a good mood that morning and helping me to offer an appointment for my daughter to be seen by a doctor. Than I have yo wait 2-3 hours there as is not pount going home and come back again with the baby in cold weather/rain/wind...etcnThey can be very rude with you if they want too...nIn regards with the doctors, apart of doctor Kuma which I have seen and she managed to help me the rest of the doctors I have been seeing are trainee doctors who either they don't know what to do, googleing everything forgeting to do your blood form last time I have been waiting 3 weeks for the blood form because she didn't know the blood test I have to do for my condition it has been done by someone else and they have put the rong blood test on the form not the one I need it too, had to go again and do the cirrect one. They dont care they are wasting your time, unprofessional. It's a mess, EVERYTHING about this GP is a MESS.
Very impressed with the GP surgery. Always managed to get a sameday appointment if I call at 8am or 1pm. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a nice new building with a big car park which is free for two hours, after signing in at reception and displaying ticket in your car. Very accessible, lifts and toilets inside.
Priory Gardens Surgery have massively helped me over last few years following cancer diagnosis, MS & diabetes. Everything they've done has worked for me. I'm now clear of cancer & diabetes is in remission ; as a consequence my MS is much more manageable. I have no problem getting an appointment when needed, the staff, doctors & nurses have been brilliant & I will be eternally grateful for the early diagnosis of cancer & diabetes which meant I could & have beaten both. Thank you again!nMark
Never had a problem with the surgery, waiting time's can very, but tell me a doctors surgery that doesn't. Dr Hannan is great has looked after me for years and nurse Sarah Mead is fantastic as are the rest of the medical and admin team, considering the amount of pressure the whole of the NHS are under.nIMO... Very well done Priory Gardens Surgery.
