This company does not have a care in the world! I have been emailing the person in charge of my case and rarely do I get a response! I have made two formal complaints to seniors in the company including Kim lastoweycki who apparently deals with complaints looking through these reviews and Both complaints have been ignored. I have been dealing with these people for over a year now and still my case has not been settled! They even go as far as lying to buy some extra time, I tried to take things into my own hands and started contacting the 2nd party (which is what they should of been doing) to find out it was actually principia stalling not the 2nd party which is what they tried to fob me off with! Principia have received my money but aren’t sending it out! These people are cow boys! Avoid at all costs!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have been waiting months for money they owe me and I have sent countless emails and chased without the desired response. I complied all the way through a court case but as soon as you need something there is no response. They even sent the cheque to the wrong address even when I had given them my new address. If you call you get fobbed off or no one answers, if you email no one replies and no one answers the messages sent through the website. Do not use this company please shop around because it has been more stress and trouble than it’s worth!! Cowboys and lazy and rude staff to be ignored so much! I will be making a formal complaint but that will probably be ignored too.

Very very poor service. They don't follow up on your claim unless ring and ask. When you call, they tell you the same thing they did 2 months ago or tell you actually, we need this from you. Basically, nothing will get sorted unless you're constantly on their back telling them to move on. Staff seem lazy, have very poor excuses and the place is very disorganised. My paralegal left the company and my case was left for no one to handle until I rang 3 times to chase up on it.

Worst experience ever my wife's case got transferred on the 19th April. I have been trying to call your number and as I am typing 14 mins 44 seconds on hold to speak to a human. First time i ever heard of your firm and the last time I will waste my 15 mins on a incompetent firm such as yourself!!!!!

I Thought I had been dealt with in a professional way, the person who was dealing with my case came over in a very professional way, and so no fuss or bother.
