There is a distinct lack of communication. If you want any sort of update you have to ask around 7 or 8 times before anyone gets back to you. At one point I even ended up chasing the other parties insurer myself. I'm still waiting for an update on my sons claim despite several update requests after 6 months of zero contact. I won't be recommending them to anyone else.
