Rob Renee, the BDM, provided brilliant support from start to finish. He offered me a product which exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with my new 'stable' door; it fits the bill exactly! Rob kept in touch every step of the way and order to installation only took about a fortnight. The fitters, Ben & Jamie?? were polite, efficient and left the room and outside spotless when they left. They were very pleasant young men who got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and obviously knew what they were doing. Thanks Rob and your team for a VERY satisfied customer who would recommend Principality Windows anytime.

Excellent company, absolutely no pressure, competitively priced, extremely happy with our composite front door (Truedor) designed to our specification. Speak to Kevin (Managing Director) or Rob (Business Development Manager) who will answer all your questions. Customer satisfaction is their only concern. The fitters, Jamie & Ben, were a pleasure to have around & left everything well done & spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending Principality Windows.

Principality Windows thank you for the excellent service you provided from sales through to fitting. Unlike other window firms there are no pushy sales people! very helpful gave me very clear help and advice with no jargon and sold me what I asked for. You quality and value for your money. Quality of the door and windows and installation is excellent. If you are considering new or replacement windows or doors get them round you won't be disappointed I wasn't.
