Bought about £8k’s worth of equipment from these guys and the powerhouse brand they had before. One of my bars had all the chrome flake off still witching warrenty. They said warrenty won’t cover the replacement. Felt pretty jipped as I have multiple bars much older and none have done this. My plates are soft solvers on bumpers aswell. Rubbish product and handled really badly by the management particular given that I have multi gyms, racks and bikes bought off them. Won’t use again
Shay was very helpful, went above and beyond to help my sister and I with our fitness journey. He also assisted me with my purchase to the car. I recommend anyone! What a lovely experience.
This place is really nice, whereas some of these places can be a bit sweaty and dirty, this place is clean fresh and smells of new kit. Jonti was really friendly and couldn't have been more generous and nice. This is definitely my first choice for buying fitness equipment. The prices are also good and the equipment perfectly good.

I bought a set of rubber weight plates. The smell was absolutely horrible and to this day despite selling them off weeks ago I can still smell them in my flat. All the advice I got from the company was absolutely worthless and to top it off, if I wanted to return the product which I originally did I had to be charged a 25-35% "restocking fee". I'm sorry but in this day and age anything other than a full refund is unacceptable and restocking is the cost of doing business and selling poor products. As I mentioned I ended up just selling the weight plates off and take on the cost myself, which is incredibly poor. They did give me a 10% refund, but honestly did not make much of a difference bearing in mind what I had to go through.
How have i never known about this shop!!! Jonty was very helpful over the phone i had to get over straight away! Ended up spending way over than expected haha! But very happy with purchases

Fitshop has a good range of options and the staff working there, particularly Nael is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping decide what I need. Nael showed me around and help me decide what equipment would be the best for me. Good customer experience.
