Efficient and friendly from Reception, to triage, to Blood Test to doctor’s assessment. Really appreciated ambulance crews having a separate entrance, so Reception is calm. Fantastic idea to have an ECG cubicle in reception and Triage taking blood pressure and heart rates to speed things up. Thoroughly clean everywhere which is reassuring. It still took 5 hours to be discharged and it would be wonderful to reduce waiting times, but I cannot thank you and the lovely kind doctor Louisenenough.
Initial tests were at a decent pace but then we were told that it would take 30 minutes to get the results. 2+ hours later still no results and everyone but one person from reception is gone. There is no one I can ask questions to chase this because they're gone
There’s no triage system in place. They don’t know how to prioritise the patients. A nurse / doctor comes out after every hour to just call the name of the person who has already disappeared and then no one else is being called instead for another hour. Worst place ever. Still waiting with this intense pain for the past 6 hours now.
Went with chest infection waited for 12hrs to be seen and still haven’t seen a doctor, people are leaving with pain because they are tired of waiting, I’ve been told that the doctors are too busy when in fact they see 1 patient in 3hrs with the excuse that they have to read their history in order to prescribe. Awful and ignorant overall!!
I love it... everytime I go it's been great and the staff are friendly and very quick at getting seen.
