Great venue for a party, very large and can be used in a variety of layouts. Nicely remote so seems like no noise issues. Friendly helpful staff.nThe decor is a bit dated in places and the front entrance could be more welcoming but overall a good place to visit
Very impressive!!!nnI called up yesterday after having not been to the gym in a while. I was Greeted by Berfin. She made me feel comfortable right away about renewing my membership and getting back to the Gym. It is still very similar as far as the gym but security and CCTV is everywhere which makes you feel safe. Berfin took the time to ensure I was getting the right contract which is very reasonable and actually called me back to invite me to then come and sign up. With regained confidence I did so and I couldn't be happier.nThe bar is closed I guess during the week which is great for me as I didnt like leaving the gym just to go for a pint afterwards although I understand it is still open on weekends. Not lots has changed, just kind staff Berfin was just so helpful, Security is better. Simply put its a nice place to be and its convenient for me. Being disabled and having this gym so close is really helpful for me and I wouldnt be bettering myself if it wasn't for Paringdon sports club being so close and the kind staff.nI must say thank you to Berfin for taking the time to call me back about my request for membership- alot of places dont take the time to do so, along with showing the gym and for making me feel human and not just a monthly number. Great job! I plan to continue this gym trend and this is a great place to do so. If you want a quiet spot like me to take your time and get a nice workout in, this is it.nFull disclosure i'm pleased the bar is closed during the week now too.nLocker rooms are still nice and clean, bathrooms- clean.nGym equipment- clean.nSauna- inoperative sadly but i'm sure it'll be working sometime soon.nHappy to be back there, cheers Berfin for making it an easy process!
When we first booked we were told open until 12am, then when we went to sign they said everyone out by 11.30pmn11pm came and the security turned all lights on which I found rude, all night they stood and watched and they creeped everyone out.nTold the DJ he had to turn off at 11pm!nTook 2 weeks to get deposit back and we had to chase several times.nWe have had parties here before but now gone downhill.nWouldn't come back!
Plenty of football pitches to hire including astro turf. The bar is clean and drinks are reasonably priced, toilets are clean as is the whole building. Would have been nice if the cafe was open.
Amazing staff and venue bar staff very friendly and gave 5 star for my friend husband wake.Reasonable in price.great service got money back for unused time. Thank you. If you have a party and not sure if people will turn up or not you will not lose all you will get some back depending on circumstances and not an entitlement of refund .Amazing venue great free secure parking too.
