Stopped off for a meal after days bird watching at Martin Mere. Glad we'd booked a table as place was really busy. Nice welcome when we arrived and service was efficient without being obtrusive. Generous portions and the homemade steak pie was delicious. Very reasonable prices too. Will be back.
Best value home cooked food for miles around. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Good choice of beers. Bit shabby but it's a main road boozer batting way above its class.Service: 5/5

Love this little pub staff are lovely and friendly and the food is absolutely beautiful and the prices are good you don't feel your been ripped off you have to try it.
