We approached L J Boyce to assist in our search for a new property in Brixham. We have found the whole team to be friendly, courteous and professional. They have good knowledge of the local area and are happy to assist in any way they can. Any new property matching our requirement has been emailed directly to us, providing an opportunity for a viewing to be booked as soon as possible. Our search continues, but we would not have any hesitation in recommending Boyce Brixham to any future clients .

Boyce has always had an excellent name in Brixham. So when it was time to sell Mom's flat, there was only one choice. In the first instance, I was met by Sarah King - who made me feel at ease immediately.We discussed what had to be done in a very friendly but professional manner. Through no fault of Boyce, I was met by several problems with the sale, but Sarah, Janet, Will and the rest of the team kept my spirits high. The flat eventually sold and I cannot praise them enough for the service they delivered. Excellent!!

Very professional and helpful team at Boyce Brixham; we have in last 18 months purchased a local property from the team and on the strength of that experience we have placed another property of ours on the market for them to sell on our behalf. Professional, courteous and straight talking. And always with a smile!

We have used L J Boyce both for buying and selling our houses. They have always been very flexible with viewings (so useful for us as we work shifts), have responded quickly to any enquiries and have always been super friendly and helpful at viewings. I consider then to be a highly professional agency "with a heart". It is so important to be professional but so few estate agents manage to combine that with a genuine empathy for its customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oh - and when our sale fell through they found us a new buyer the very next day! Now that is what I call service.
