Using these for a long time and have been fine, that is, until you actually have to speak to someone. Here is my EXTREMELY POOR experience. Ordered online and didnt receive after 90 mins. We called them and we were told it was with the delivery driver. After a further 30 mins we called again. This time they said the order had 'failed' the first time. Despite it going through and getting an order number. Begrudgingly, we placed another order over the phone. 50 mins goes by. I live within 1 mile of the place! I call again, asking why its taking so long. I then get told that originally, the order failed because i entered incorrect card details. This is not true in the slightest. It has passed a visa validation check by the bank! I trust the bank to know what my details are! FINALLY i get the pizza. And it looks like someone has been poking at it! In summary: its been 3 hours, Ive been lied to, then told its my fault their system failed, didnt get the slightest hint of an apology from the manager. Then received a below par pizza. Terrible. I have been buying pizzas here for a long time now. Not anymore.
Only place in stanley that actually puts bechamel sauce on parmos. Shame the chips ain't better
Allways happy with this place. Tonight I accidentally clicked the wrong pizza which then got delivered on time. I then rang and asked what happened? I was told it was the correct order . My bad the lady on the phone was more than happy to send what I was supposed to have ordered for no charge and to my surprise it came no more than 10 minutes later. OUTSTANDING! thanks prime
This is honestly great pizza! Most local pizzerias use cheap cheese and premade dough. Not Prime Pizza, this is fresh, light based with fantastic toppings. I had a double pepperoni, and it was amazing. Perhaps avoid the garlic dip that comes with it though, it spoils the flavour of the pizza.
I was recommended by a friend and I was a bit concerned about the amount of other fast foods places in the same location but it's definitely worth a try. The service is great and even the nice touch of being able to watch the food being made in front of the shop window shows that they want you to see how clean, professional and good value for money it has. I personally only ever get a margarita pizza and chilli dip and out of all the top pizza takeaways such as Dominoes, Papa Jo's and the other big names it's definitely on the same level with regards to the quality of the food. You also get a small compliment of Garlic sauce inside your pizza which is good to know before you order additional dips. Really impressed with this place.
Outstanding delivery tonight! Absolutely lush pizzas, kebab and garlic bread, fresh salad and lush dips with all. Can’t recommend enough! 10/10!

Been told by my hubby and children the food from here is lovely, good prices and delivery times are decent. I'm not a fan of pizzas etc so not tried them but there's rarely anything left off their orders so that looks like it's a success!
Ordered a Kebab Pizza, Garlic Sauce, Chips And Onion Rings. Food Was Unreal Its Basically Crack Coz Iv Had 2 In 2 Days And A Want Another One DJ Khaled Already. Best Pizza Place In The North East.
Got a bacon onion mushroom chilli pizza absolutely disgraceful ! Full of chilli powder if you want a nice hot pizza go to deanos Lanchester and get a deanos special they do a propper one you can enjoy !!
