Order took 2 hours to arrive, then still had items missing and not refunded. A one pence coin was later found in the pizza, the coin was black and filthy. thanks for the nightmares. Order from somewhere else in durham
Ordered through Uber Eats. Said delivery was meant to be for 7:30-7:50. I walked to the shop at 9:20 to see where the order was despite being told it was out for delivery. The owner was rude. Clearly didn't care about customer service. Wouldn't even give a 50% discount despite the order being hours late and having to collect it myself. Only offered a free pizza for next time but I would NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN. Don't order from here, paid for delivery to have to collect over 3 hours later by myself.
Just grim. Never ever again will i order from there. Fast delivery under 30 minutes.. but cold food ‍ That's definitely a talent. How did they even manage that... Ordered deep pan pizza was as deep as a sheet of paper. Had to bin it.
Ordered at 11:15pm food came for 12:15am freezing cold. And stuff missing off order, Rang back Said they will remake the food. Now 1am and still waiting. Recommend do not order from here. Poor service as when I ring to see where food is, they say it’s on the way and hang up don’t even give me chance to say anything back. Wouldn’t even give one star, so lucky to get that!!!
Absolutely a shocking meal. The worst I've had in a long time. Nearly a £50 order and most of it went straight in the bin. Garlic mushrooms were still frozen and full of water. Kebab meat was old and dry. Salads were watery. Burger is serving it's time as a patch on a tyre. Phoned the shop to be insulted an hung up on. Save your money and get a weetabix. It'll have more flavour. HORRENDOUS
So we ordered 3 pizzas for 6:15. The pizzas didn't arrive and we called them, being told it would be 20 minutes. This was a blatant lie. The next time we called, my friend was told to "never call them again". Eventually the pizzas were delivered at 7:45 - completely ruining what we'd been planning for the night. And in the end, the pizzas were actually grim. Mine tasted like pure tomato purée. Indeed, my 18 inch pepperoni pizza had about 6 slices of pepperoni on the whole thing. I would advise everyone to never even think about ordering from them.
Won't be ordering from here again. £26 for two mixed grilled chicken kebabs 2 cans of pop and a child's kebab meal. the chicken wasn't breast chargrilled under a grill. It certainly wasn't fresh and it was greesy no care had been put into the food The chips were not nıce looking at all. Very unhappy customers my husband wants to take the food to the foods standard agency at Durham council tomorrow as something wasn't right with it. All food has been left in cartons wasted. Wish I had of realised it only had a two star rating I would of spent our money somewhere else. Now we have no money left to order somewhere else and stuck with a hungry house.
Do NOT order food from here. Food is low quality & much better from anywhere else. They also charged me twice for a pizza. As I was so desperate to eat, I reluctantly gave them the money. I phoned up later when I realised my mistake... The owner replied,” GO TO HELL BITCH”. Disgusting service & poor quality food
Most vile takeaway ever!!!!! Ordered mixed kebab as Mrs only eats shish.when received no shish even though advertised and paid extra for.rang asking for money back or the shish advertised and what we paid for and manager just hung up.wasnt bothered so we ended up getting money back off just eat.so be warned you do not get what is advertised or what you pay for! Only after your money and once he has it that's it.BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!
