I've been living in Cirencester for over a year now and have only just visited Prime Cuts, which is a shame as I had such a positive experience. Emma was so lovely. She even offered to come in on her day off as I was having my hair styled for a special occasion. I was impressed with the way she cut my hair, it wasn't expensive (like some other Cirencester salons), and she was super happy. I would recommend a visit.
