First time here. Met with Jason. Had my haircut somewhere else about 2 weeks ago and not happy. Jason listened about my thinning menopausal hair and how I didn’t like the style. I’m giving a 5 star rating to the salon but Jason is the actual recipient of these 5 stars. He is meticulous and his sense of understanding my direction and taking charge and delivering a perfect cut is beyond belief. Both his professionalism and precision echos my expectation. My only dilemma is that I live in London!! I may need to make the journey but there really isn’t a better hairdresser! Thank you

I wasn't much into hair salons for obvious past experiences.  Mark Blake himself, given me not just a hair cut but allow me to invested my trust and confidence to embrace my ,Glorious Grey!! I studied on what I'd like and match to the stylish, in my case Martyna, Master colour Expert.  From honest advise with allergy test prior to first  appointment and 4 sessions later, I am happy and impressed with everything and every small details. Best experience, Thank you

Had my first appointment there today with Joel, the whole experience from when i arrived to when i left was fabulous, the salon is beautiful, the team are all friendly and professional, five stars, thank you for making me feel so welcome and thank you for my fab hair Joel, love it
