Dumbest shop ever, false advertisement. They clearly claim to sell fireworks but when I asked for a pack of simple sparklers they told me they are not allowed to sell them there because its a council building and told me to go to Golders Green which is miles away. Edit: It occurred to me later that it seems the ownership has changed at this shop and I would be willing to bet they lost their fireworks licence. The fact that they have heavy fireworks signage is very shady and misleading practice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Quoted £40 to inflate a Hey Duggee balloon and a number 1 balloon that I purchased from Etsy for my son's first birthday. I thought the man in the shop was joking at first. Used the excuse that helium is expensive.....I think that goes without saying. Won't be back. But Hey, it's fine to charge people through the nose because it's St Johns Wood and some people will be daft enough to pay. Do yourself a favour and buy a canister online and fill your house with balloons. Thanks
We had a bad experience here this time. The balloons we bought deflated after two days! We went back to try and solve the problem but we ended up paying more to replace the balloons! We will not be returning here again and I would advise you not to waste your money here.
Sadly this shop is more focused on supplying Halloween parties and materials rather than costumes.

I got some balloons for my wife’s baby shower on the weekend. I was really pleased with the service. The staff were really helpful at the time of booking. We need the balloons delivered at 10am on Sunday. They had staff coming in before opening hours to get the job done and the balloons were delivered early. When the balloons were delivered, 5 popped, so i called them. Without any question, they arranged to redeliver another 5 for me at their own cost. I appreciated that very much. Thank you.

Had a lovely Christening bouquet of balloons delivered to our venue on the day of the party. Delivered on time. Friendly staff. Would reccomend.
Popped in today to collect some bits. I accidentally forgot my mask. I was immediately asked to go and get a mask, no problem. I returned with a mask. Few mins later a guy walked in and had no mask. They team happily served him and didn’t ask him to get a mask. He was in the shop for 10mins chatting away and occasionally pulling up his jumper. I pulled up the gentleman at the counter and the lady on the same side supplying the gas balloons once he had served the the other guy and both denied noticing whether the man had a mask or not. Extremely hypocritical! I think this was due to other reason which are glaringly obvious. I’ve been coming to this company for 15 years as they have a great selection of items. However, they offer very very poor service.
Came into the shop with a pre-purchased balloon and requested it filling with helium. The shop assistant happily took it off me and started filling it up... £5.00 for one small balloon filled with helium, extortionate. They have no visible prices in store or on their website, I wonder why? These guys will mug you off. Do yourself and the local community a favour and take your business elsewhere. Not recommended if you couldn’t tell.
