I just wanna thank Emily tonight for her amazing and speedy assistance! I was dreading coming in to exchange my pyjamas as I had bought the wrong size, I don’t usually have good staff experiences in this Primark, so I was so so so grateful for Emily’s positive attitude and she sorted me out in 5 mins! I asked to exchange and pay the difference AND use a gift card, so I really hit her with everything and she was just so professional xx

Found exactly what we were looking for. There was a queue at the tills but we didn't have to wait to long. The till staff were very polite.

It’s claimed that it was “Not too busy” but although the store was just that the Cash Desks were extremely poor! Upstairs tills were closed and downstairs just 3 assistants working although the queue stretched right back onto the shop floor -  Miserable!!

Its hard to get parked on Saturdays from lunchtime onwards.nA good selection of stock over 2 floors .nThe stock is tidied and folded quickly.
