Was in this store this morning to get some thermal leggings for my grandson.nArrived at the checkout desk to find only 1 young assistant serving on the till while the older lady was filling out paper bags.nEven though she saw us all waiting to be served and by this time there were 7 of us in the queue she persisted on continuing with emptying the box before coming over to the tills to help serve us.nI've worked in retail most of my life and was trained that 3 people make a queue and to get the money in the till before attending to other duties, especially when they can be done at a quieter time.nNot good customer service if you ask me Primark!
Don't use the click and collect service. Lied about when items would be in-store. Customer service are shocking in-store staff manager didn't care. No one knows we're are when my order will be in-store. Manager suggested cancelling the order.
Pretty good clothing store, items are nice quality, prices are good, staff are kind. The shop layout is good, and easy to navigate.
Sales items could be labelled better. There were no reduced price tags on items on first floor. So had to wait until reaching the checkout area to find out if the item was reduced or not.
I like this store but unfortunately felt like a total thief !! Went to changing rooms had 5 items ! I said hi I’ve 5 she grabbed them out my hand and held them up and patted them down … I was so taken aback like wow really? She then decided she was taking them in for me ‍And what changing room I was going in I’m like ok . ready to tell her to not bother and walk out I thought ok she’s only doing her job and when I walked out she held them up again I’ve never ever been so angry and made to feel like a total piece of scum ! You’ve not been told by management to do this because no other store does ! Next time I’ll just walk away and say that’s ok if you want to try them on first go ahead ! You buy them ! Won’t be shopping in that one again I’ll go to a more friendly shop ! Change your staffs attitude tall skinny brown hair never smiles worked there since day one you know who you are !
