I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of selection for baby boys’ clothing in the new store. Despite the upstairs area being largely dedicated to children’s items, the boys’ section is shockingly minimal. There are only a few racks for boys, while girls’ clothing dominates the space. The disparity is even worse in the shoe section—girls have an extensive range to choose from, while boys are left with half a rack and just a handful of options. For a newly opened store, this is a major letdown.
Amazing store.... Polite staff... Recently moved into the Broadway... Loved the variety of products.... Especially, prices are reasonably affordable... Thanks
Only getting a review because the store was new and clean. Staff were nice too. But the till system is shocking and makes me not want to go in there again. You have to que for ages as they have like 4 tills and the 20 of not more self service. Its taking the piss now with self service. I don't work there I don't want to serve myself. Then to have to que again in a massive line to get out of the self service because they don't trust us now to serve our selves. Are they actually serious.
Primark Kirkgate offers a wide variety of clothes and accessories, which is great for shoppers looking for affordable fashion. However, the store itself was quite a mess during my visit. Clothes were scattered on the ground, and the floor was dirty, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. While I understand that some of this is due to the behavior of other shoppers, it would be helpful if the store actively managed the situation, either by warning or removing problematic customers. A little more effort in maintaining order could significantly improve the shopping environment.
Always good shopping here i always seem to find the cutest things for my grandchildren and the nicest things for myself and so so very cheap. I love Primark any where in the world
Worst thing about the new store is the introduction of self service tills. First time using them and had to call for help 3 times, only bought 3 items, help arrived after 5 mins. Once all items had been scanned and came to pay my card was rejected, again called for help and then my card was accepted. On leaving the self service you have to then scan the receipt, not a bad idea but was in that queue for another 5 minutes. Who ever had that idea needs promotion and firing at the same time.
Don’t usually leave reviews but were not happy today. Shop seemed tidy enough however no changing rooms available. Asked staff who told us that there were not enough staff to cover changing rooms yet groups of staff in different corners just chatting away and not necessarily doing much. Very disappointed and someone should look into it, not the first time unfortunately : people leaving stuff back as cannot try anything on, surely not great business for primark either :
I came to this store to return a medium polo neck ladies jumper which measured a 44 chest obviously faulty .This was 10 inches bigger than the last two polo necks I had been given as a present which were medium The manager was rude and said it was not faulty..I told him the jumper would fit him being overweight.I wrote to complaints and showed them the pictures with a tape measure .The lady wrote back stating the size was within the guidelines! Unfortunately my daughter had mislaid the receipt so I am left with a XL jumper. This Bradford store has gone rapidly downhill. It always looks like a jumble sale and the service is dreadful .Had a twenty minute wait for nothing .
Awful experience today in the new primary broadway. The staff were complaining it’s over crowded having chats with each other and they can’t handle it. I mean why make a primark in broadway if you can’t handle the pressure! This is the whole point of primark coming into broadway. Staff were unprofessional unapproachable. One staff member up in the kids sections stressed me out just for looking in my basket to sort it out thinking I will leave the stuff there. It was overwhelming as it is and had no room to check my basket without someone watching over me. It made me sick to my stomach being there today and don’t think I’ll be coming to the primary again. There’s other cities that have primark and are busy! They can handle pressure! but never felt the need to say this that this primark is horrendous and I won’t be coming to it again!!! I rather travel to Leeds or Whiterose for primark!
